How Pricing Typically Works
Every restaurant is different, so pricing is tailored to the work — but most engagements follow a simple pattern: a focused review, a defined project, and optional ongoing support.
The Three Main Pieces
Systems & Numbers Review
A one-time engagement to understand where you are today: your books, tools, workflows, and pain points. You leave with a clear assessment and a prioritized plan for cleanup and improvement.
Cleanup & Implementation Project
Fixed-scope work to clean up books, organize vendors and file structures, build or refine workflows, and connect your tools. Pricing is based on complexity, number of locations, and how much historical cleanup is needed — agreed up front so there are no surprises.
Ongoing Coordination & Support
Monthly support for operators who want a steady partner watching the back office. We coordinate bookkeeping, keep an eye on workflows, and make sure the systems we set up stay healthy as your restaurant grows and changes.
Once we understand your concept, location count, and current state of your books and systems, we can provide a clear scope and quote before any deeper work begins.
What You Can Expect
No random hourly invoices, no mystery retainers. Pricing is tied to defined work, and you’ll always know what we’re doing, why it matters, and how it connects back to your margins and sanity.
